Shipping & Return Policy

SHIPPING POLICY

We may fix delivery charge as Rs.70 per kg, for additional kg it would be addition of Rs.70. shipping charges is displaying at the time of checkout. In case of Change of shipping charges in future, we may intimate on website & shipping policy. This rate is applicable for all over india.

Usually we may take 1-3 days for shipping after customers places an order & delivery would take 5 -7 days after the product shipped. It will take extra time to deliver the products when natural disaster occurs.

We may choose any courier partners to ship the product as per customers location & pincode. Please do not accept the product when parcel is tampered or damaged.

There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase on Selvamani tex. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you would pay & addition of Product taxes & shipping charges.

RETURN POLICY  

For all products, the returns/replacement policy provided on the product page shall prevail over the general returns policy. We may allow upto 5 days for return the product incase of any physical damage & refund can be issued to customers

Return eligible

1) Physical damage.

2) Product mismatch .

3) Quality issues.

Return not eligible

1) Damage made by buyer.

2) Colour/shade issues.

3) Return due to without blouse, all products(sarees) are coming with running blouse.

Buyer Protection Program

Only the Buyers who have purchased the products on selvamani tex are eligible for the Buyer Protection Program. Buyers can file a discussion within 5 days from the date of delivery of the product.

Any damage or loss to the product after delivery will not be covered under this program and will completely be the Buyer's responsibility. Buyers should refuse to accept delivery if the item is damaged.

To be able to take advantage of the Buyer Protection Program, Buyers should first contact the selvamani tex and attempt to resolve the issue.

Fraudulent charges and claims are not covered under Buyer Protection Program, it will not be covered under Buyer Protection Program,

Blacklisted and Blocked Buyers are not covered by the Buyer Protection Program.
